Joshua is one of Ghana's best skateboarders but also the best teacher.
He has taught dozens of children how to skate and inspired the whole country.He is our official skateboarding instructor in the collective.
When not on a skateboard, he works as a professional photographer. A proud native of Labadi in Accra, Ghana
Justice is a surfer from Busua, a fishermen village located in the Western Region of Ghana. He’s part of the collective as a surfing instructor. He runs a local surf school with other surfers named Justice’s Brothers.
Justice cares a lot for his community, and he’s part of a lot of amazing initiatives like the BBCC Foundation (a NGO located in Busua whose aim is to fight against plastic).
He also helped a lot of young adolescents from the village by teaching them how to surf and how to become surf teachers.
With surf tourism booming, he takes advantage of this to develop a sustainable economy for his village. for them to be able to get additional revenues and
Management Team
Today, we can count 25 active members based in Accra, Busua, Krokrobite, Kwahu, and Kumasi. They all practice skateboarding or surfing, and they also contribute as instructors, filmmakers, photographers, writers, artists, journalists, carpenters, mixologists, agriculturists, and much more.
We have implemented the process of design thinking in our collective (zero hierarchy, brainstorming culture, test and learn process, WhatsApp group culture) to grow faster and try a new way to work in Ghana that can directly benefit the youth and help them to be better entrepreneurs.
